High-quality tinplate
Tinplate is the main material of tinplate boxes. Our tinplate supplier has passed EN71-3, FDA, REACH, ROHS2.0 certification. Before starting production, our raw material QC team will conduct strict pre-production inspections because this is the most basic link of whether our products are qualified.

Tin Printing
Owning a fully automatic two-color printing line is the basis for obtaining perfect printing results. But the printing effect should be more prominent because it needs to show the pattern color required by the customer perfectly. In addition to higher requirements for color water resistance, tinplate printing also has higher requirements for pigments’ tinting strength and durability. In addition, it should also have heat resistance. Our facilities and technology can fully meet your requirements because we have experienced printing engineers to complete this work.

mold testing
Trying a mold is a very critical step. If there is no trial mold, it may cause many product quality problems such as scratches, embossing deviation, etc. So before mass production, our team of mold engineers will complete the test within 2 days. Our QC team will review the test results.

tin Cutting
Tinplate cutting is an important process before stamping. The dimensional accuracy of the cutting will affect the forming effect of the product after stamping and welding. Therefore, our cutting technicians need to calibrate the cutting size strictly. Our QC team will strictly inspect the cut products.

tins Molding
Our molding workshop has 5 production lines. This brings a great guarantee for the delivery time we promised to you. Stamping and welding are important processes in tin box forming. It is also the process most prone to product quality problems. Therefore, we have two QCs for quality supervision on each production line.

tins Surface Treatment
After the tin box accessories are formed. We need to bake every tin box accessory. This process will make the surface of the tin box brighter. After baking, we need to clean each tin box accessory. We have 2 QCs to oversee this process.

tins Assembly & QC
Finally, we will assemble all the accessories in the assembly workshop. To ensure that the quality of the products you buy is guaranteed and free of defects. We have 2 QCs on each assembly line for a final inspection.

Warehousing / Delivery
We have warehouses with standardized management. This helps us store large quantities of products safely and harmlessly. Our experienced transportation department will safely deliver the goods to your designated address.
