Step 2
Choose Mold
We will quickly match more than 2500 existing tin molds. With mold, go to Step 5. Without, go to step 3
Step 3
3D model
Before developing a new mold, we will create a product model with a 3D design. At the same time, confirm the print layout.
Step 4
New mold develop
The new mold will be developed by our experienced engineers. The development cycle will refer to the attributes of the product.
Step 5
Sample molding
We will test the mold repeatedly until it meets your requirements. After the tin box sample is formed, we will express it to you for evaluation and verification.
Step 6
Mass production
After the samples are approved by you, we will carry out mass production in accordance with your specified production cycle and quality standards.
